What we collect

We collect only the data you provide: your email address, financial figures you log, and your accountability partner's name and phone number (with their consent). We do not collect behavioural telemetry, ad identifiers, or sell your data to third parties.

How we use it

Your financial data is used solely to calculate your FIRE metrics and generate your dashboard. Your partner's phone number is used only to send the SMS updates you explicitly approve before sending.

SMS consent

Before we send any SMS to your accountability partner, we record their consent and give them a clear way to opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out requests are processed within 60 seconds.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access & export: Download all your data as CSV from Settings at any time.
Erasure: Delete your account from Settings. All personal data is hard-purged within 24 hours. SMS consent records are retained as required by law.
Correction: Edit any entry from the History page at any time.

Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. Raw IP addresses are never stored.
