FIRE Tracker is a personal finance tracking tool. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Financial figures shown are estimates based on the assumptions you configure — they are not financial advice.

Not financial advice

Nothing in FIRE Tracker constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All projections (FIRE date, months to FIRE, etc.) are mathematical estimates based on historical return assumptions and are not guarantees of future performance.

SMS messaging

By adding an accountability partner's phone number, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to receive SMS messages on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your partner can legally receive SMS in their jurisdiction.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the SMS sending feature.

Limitation of liability

FIRE Tracker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on estimates shown in the app.
